Refund Policy

Once your returned/exchanged product(s) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned/exchanged product(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be refunded to your bank account or wallet depending upon the original method of payment, within a 7-21 working days. In case, the payment was done using the COD method, you will have to share your account details at morwalgemsjewels@gmail.com.

 In case we find that the product(s) you have returned is used, the refund will not be initiated and the product(s) will be reshipped to you at the address mentioned by you while placing the order. In case, you do not accept the reshipped product(s), you will still not be eligible for the refund and we will have no liability in reference to the refund of the reshipped product(s).

 Late Refund (if applicable)

 It usually takes 7-21 working days for the amount to be reflected in the bank account. If you do not receive the refund, kindly check with your bank account once.
